Seit 1989 steht der Hartmann & Stauffacher Verlag, Köln, für kontinuierliche und erfolgreiche internationale Verlags- und Agenturarbeit in den Bereichen Theater, Film, Funk und Fernsehen. Mit dem firmeneigenen Tonträgerlabel HSV SCHALL wurde 2005 ein Department gegründet, dessen Aufgabe in der Verbindung der Bereiche Musik und Theater liegt. Musik ist ein zentrales und hochsinnliches Moment vieler Bühneninszenierungen, und so lag die Idee nahe, einzelne Highlights dieser Kunst auch auf Tonträger zu bannen. HSV SCHALL sieht sich als "Special Interest"-Label - erklärtes Ziel sind ausgewählte und hochwertige Veröffentlichungen, die eine am Besonderen interessierte Käuferschicht jenseits des Pop-Mainstream anspechen.

Ende 2005 veröffentlichte das Label die CD zum musikalischen Schauspiel "Die letzte Show" von Lutz Hübner, das bislang mehr als 30.000 Zuschauer in Inszenierungen in Berlin, Wien, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart und Hannover sahen.

Für 2007 ist eine weitere CD-Veröffentlichung in Planung, die sich mit der Musik einer hoch prominenten Theaterproduktion befassen wird.

Since 1989, Hartmann & Stauffacher Verlag has been standing for reliable and successful international agency work in the fields of theatre, film, radio and television. In 2005, the agency started its own music label HSV SCHALL which is dedicated to the cross-over of music and theatre. Music is a crucial and highly sensual part of many stage productions, so that the idea of releasing some of the highlights of these works of art quickly arose. HSV SCHALL is a "special interest" label - intended to publish selected high quality products aimed at an audience interested in unusual sujets beyond the average pop mainstream.

In late 2005, HSV SCHALL released its first CD "Die letzte Show", presenting the music from Lutz Hübner's play, which to date has attracted more than 30.000 spectators with productions in Berlin, Vienna, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart and Hannover.

Preparations for another CD release in 2007 are under way. The sujet will be the music of an extremely renowned theatre production.
